1. General
These terms apply to all services provided by Beforeyou, including consulting, analysis, structural work, system mapping, training, and digital reviews. By booking a service, the client accepts these terms.
2. Booking and Preparations
When booking, the client must specify:
- the purpose of the session
- which areas or challenges will be reviewed
- relevant background information
- any documents, systems, or materials that need to be examined
The client is responsible for providing the necessary information and access in time for Beforeyou to carry out the assignment effectively.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling of sessions
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the agreed time: free of charge
- Late rescheduling: full fee will be charged
Cancellation
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the session: free of charge
- Cancellation later than 24 hours before the session or no‑show: full fee will be charged
4. Termination of Ongoing Assignments
If the client chooses to terminate an ongoing assignment, the following will be charged:
- time already spent
- preparation time
- costs incurred specifically for the assignment
- reserved time that cannot be reassigned
5. Cancellation by Beforeyou
If Beforeyou needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness or circumstances beyond our control:
- the client will be offered a new time
- any fees already paid for cancelled sessions will be refunded
- no additional compensation will be provided
If a long‑term assignment cannot be completed within six months, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement. Beforeyou is entitled to compensation for work performed and costs incurred.
6. Delivery of Materials and Recommendations
Materials produced within Beforeyou may include:
- analyses
- structural recommendations
- workflows
- documentation
- digital summaries
Delivery terms
- Delivery follows the agreed timeline.
- Delays caused by missing client materials or slow response times will extend the timeline.
- Feedback rounds are included as agreed; additional rounds will be billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials produced by Beforeyou are protected by copyright.
Usage rights
- The client may use the material for their own business as agreed.
- Further distribution, copying, or commercial use outside the agreed scope requires written approval.
- Full usage rights are transferred only after full payment has been made.
Beforeyou retains the rights to the methodology, processes, models, and working methods used in the assignment.
8. Liability and Limitations
Beforeyou is responsible for delivering services professionally and according to the agreement.
Beforeyou is not responsible for:
- indirect damages
- financial consequences of decisions the client makes based on the consulting
- technical issues beyond our control
- loss of data that the client is responsible for
The client is responsible for having the rights to all materials submitted.
9. Payment Terms
Invoices typically have a payment term of 10–30 days. Late fees and interest may be added in accordance with Swedish law. The client is responsible for payment regardless of whether the delivered material is used or not.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR and Beforeyou’s privacy policy. We only process the information required to carry out the assignment and communicate with the client.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue will be handled according to Swedish law and by Swedish courts.
12. Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
